Cancellation & Refund Policy

NaviGo Tech Solutions provides custom technology engineering, performance marketing, and digital solutions. Due to the bespoke allocation of engineering, design, and computational resources, the following terms apply to cancellations and refunds.

1. Digital & Custom Services

All services offered by NaviGo Tech Solutions—including web development, SEO campaigns, paid ad management, and AI voice agent workflows—are customized professional solutions. Because engineering time and setup costs are incurred immediately upon project kickoff, initial deposits and milestone payments for completed stages are non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

If a client elects to terminate a project before completion, written notice must be submitted to support@navigotechsolutions.com. Upon cancellation, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any uncommenced project phases will not be billed.

3. Monthly Retainers & Subscriptions

Monthly marketing retainers, AI bot maintenance packages, and CRM hosting subscriptions can be cancelled by notifying us at least 15 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Fees paid for ongoing or past billing cycles are non-refundable.

4. Eligible Exceptions

Refunds will be promptly processed in the event of:

• Duplicate payments or inadvertent overcharges made due to banking or payment gateway glitches.
• Failure on our part to commence project setup within 14 business days of receiving full payment and required client credentials, without mutually agreed extension.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
